Hello

My name is Enno Bartels.

Since februar I have a GERICOM HYDROSPEED 14,1" Notebook with
an internal V90 Modem.
Now I have installed Linux 2.2.10 on it. So I have 2 partions
one with win98 and the other with linux.

So I tried to work with the Notebook under Linux but the
internal Modem didn't respond.

Next I questioned the GERICOM support if they have a Linux
driver for this notebook.
They answered that they do not support it for Linux. And they
gave me the URL of the HW manufacturer (http://www.fic.com.tw)
where I could ask some one. And they said that this Notebook
was called there CHINO 2000.

That's why I ask you about a Linux Driver support for the internal
modem.

Can you please give me an answer to this question.
